Why did you choose to attend UAlbany?
I felt at home at the campus and a sense of belonging in the UAlbany community. I also liked the idea of being in the state's capital as I am looking towards a career in Public Policy.
What do you love best about UAlbany?
My favorite thing about UAlbany are all of the resources available to us--from tutoring programs to a beautiful library, I feel confident in my ability to succeed in class.
What does this scholarship mean to you?
This scholarship means that I can attend UAlbany and continue on my path to success without having to worry myself or my family about how we are going to be able to afford my education.
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I am hoping to secure a job in my city's planning offices where I can work to create a better, safer, more sustainable city.

When I am not studying or doing homework for my classes or working at my job, I am constantly reading. Reading is my favorite pastime and I often frequent Barnes and Noble to buy new books for myself.
