Eric J. Rose, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University at Albany College of Integrated Health Sciences. Dr. Rose received his PhD in Statistics from North Carolina State University in 2019, after which he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at McGill University in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Occupational Health. Dr. Rose’s research focuses on data-driven decision making with an emphasis on statistical methods for precision medicine in which the goal is to tailor treatment decisions to individual patient characteristics in order to improve care.
