Our team and partners

Our interdisciplinary team has expertise approaching food system questions via lenses of environmental health, epidemiology, environmental engineering, social and behavioral health, and policy.

We collect, analyze, and generate data, as well as we perform modeling that will allow to understand the local food system dynamics. The work builds on partnerships with local food recovery and redistribution organizations, as well as with the Johns Hopkins University and the State Department of Environmental Conservation's (DEC).
