Quantitative PCR Services
Quantitative PCR is a powerful, highly sensitive technique that can be used to quantitate gene expression, determine gene copy number, detect SNPs, and detect DNA from viral and bacterial microorganisms.

The CFG performs qPCR on the Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 12K Flex. Supported formats include 96 and 384 well plates, and the OpenArray chip. The latter is supported by the QuantStudio Accufill System chip loader.
High throughput TaqMan assays and Digital PCR can be performed in the OpenArray chip format; these qualify as custom services; please contact us for further information and pricing.
