Bo Li is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy. Her research and teaching interests fall in the broad area of nonprofit leadership and management.
Currently, her studies focus on topics such as racial diversity, nonprofit finance, nonprofit commercialization, and inter-organizational collaboration. For example, her dissertation examines whether and how nonprofit leaders' race/ethnicity is related to organizational strategies and attractiveness to job seekers.
Dr. Li holds a PhD in Public Policy from Georgia State University. She received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
