About
Susan joined CHSR in 2010. She is experienced in qualitative methods, including instrument development, fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting. She has conducted interviews and focus groups with various populations, including youth, victims of crime, and human services providers. Her research experience involves work in the areas of child maltreatment, juvenile delinquency, and victimization. Prior to joining CHSR, Susan worked for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services where she collaborated with CHSR on the Healthy Families New York Evaluation.
