Room Change

Room change requests for Fall 2024 will be accepted starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday August 28th, 2024.

How Room Change Requests Work

The process for changing rooms typically takes about five business days but may take longer, due to scheduling and email exchanges. We appreciate your patience.

Requests to move to a different quad or apartment complex take longer to facilitate (sometimes more than a week) than requests to move within your current quad or apartment complex.

Note: If you are in increased housing (increased triple) you do not need to fill out this form.  A member of your living area staff will be reaching out to offer a room change as spaces become available.

Review our Room Rates page to determine if a move will change your housing costs.
