Sheena Loughlin

Sheena Loughlin is the Director of Student Affairs at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany. Sheena earned her MA in international education from New York University and her BA in history from Manhattanville College. Prior to joining the College, Sheena served as the Coordinator of Pharmacy Student Counseling at Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus.  She previously worked as a Higher Education Opportunity Program Counselor at Siena College and an admissions counselor at Green Mountain College.

In her current role, Sheena manages student services for the College's programs. Her responsibilities include providing academic counseling to graduate students, monitoring students' progression and assisting faculty advisors in resolving student issues. She also oversees the College's graduate student orientation programs and coordinates the assistantship and scholarship processes for continuing students.
