Please join us for an interactive discussion of the state of democracy in the United States. Professors Breiner, Ingram, and Weiss from the Department of Political Science will help to put some of our current debates about the health of U.S. democracy in a broader context. Drawing on their expertise in the fields of political philosophy, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, our panelists will help us to understand how our current challenges are part of a larger set of stories about the challenges facing democracy around the world.

Panelists:

Peter Breiner, Associate Professor, Department of Political Science
Matt Ingram, Associate Professor, Department of Political Science
Meredith Weiss, Professor, Department of Political Science
Moderator: Brian Greenhill, Associate Professor, Department of Political Science
