Faculty Expertise and Achievement
Bob comes to UAlbany with a 40+ years of industry experience. He has held many significant management positions in the Nutraceutical and Medical sales Industries. He has also been an Entrepreneur starting two businesses and his varied experience uniquely qualifies him for the teaching arena.
He teaches courses in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Motivation, Productivity and Change Management, and Managerial Leadership and Decision Making to Undergraduates. His Graduate classes are in Change Management and Organizational Behavior & Managerial Skills. He also co-teaches an intersessional course of Strategy for International Business Students from South America. In addition, he has taught a Motivation and Productivity class to private industry. In addition to his 12 years at UAlbany he has held teaching positions at Rensselaer (RPI), College of St. Rose, and was an adjunct grader for Empire State College.
