The Committee for Inclusion, Equity, and Engagement (CIEE) at the Massry School of Business (also referred to as the "Climate Committee") consists of faculty, staff and student volunteers who work to improve the climate in our school. Through our initiatives, we aim to serve our diverse students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and improve our inclusion, morale, retention and reputation.

We the launched the THIS IS bUSiness Student Spotlight campaign to highlight and celebrate our school’s diversity by spotlighting students who make it unique.
If you're a student in the Massry School of Business and you wish to participate, you will be featured on video screens in the building. You will have the opportunity to share some fun facts about yourself such as your major, hometown, what you love about the Massry School of Business and your favorite tradition. Please complete the application form to participate.
