Physics Building - Localized Planned Power Outage

Work Alert Notification

Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,

Please be advised of the following work scheduled for the Physics building that will require a localized power outage.  This work will start Sunday night, September 29th, at 8:00 PM and end on Monday morning, September 30th at 5:00 AM.  This work is necessary to support an existing project on campus.  

This localized power outage in Physics will impact:
•    Main building air-handled/supply fan 
•    Air supply to fume hoods will be reduced.  Fume hoods in Physics should be cleared and secured just prior and through the duration of this work.

Power and light within the building will not be impacted.
The fire alarm and emergency lighting systems will remain in service during this outage.

Replacement/upgrade of a power panel for building HVAC equipment located in the Mechanical Equipment Room (MER) B-27 in Physics building.
