After enjoying the full day of events, please join us for the Closing Reception from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. in the Lecture Center Concourse – PAC Alcove on the Uptown Campus. There will be refreshments during this time, with brief remarks and an awards presentation at 3:45 p.m.

 

Turning Passion into Purpose at UAlbany

UAlbany Showcase highlights student excellence through undergraduate and graduate research, scholarship, creative endeavors and applied/experiential learning. Students, faculty and staff, as well as prospective students, donors, sponsors, legislators, community leaders, school groups, institutional partners and other visitors are all invited to attend.

Showcase a full day of presentations, demonstrations, panel discussions, art exhibitions and performances that reflect new and original exploration of topics in STEM, arts and humanities, social sciences and the professions. We look forward to seeing you there!

CNSE Student Maria Paredes-Espinosa is on track to earning her PhD in nanobioscience in 2026 under the mentorship of CNSE Associate Professor Janet Paluh. This spring, she is preparing to present her research at UAlbany Showcase on April 30, where she will take part in the annual pitch competition.
