AcaDamien’s Bookstore is on the first floor (Podium level) of the Campus Center on UAlbany’s Uptown Campus.

- Regular Spring 2025 Hours (Effective Monday, February 3, 2025)
- Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
- Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Order Course Materials & Textbooks
- Open your class schedule. You’ll be prompted to sign in using your UAlbany NetID and password.
- Select the correct term.
- Click “View/Buy Books.”
- A list of required and recommended books for each of your classes will appear in a new window. Make your selections and add them to your cart.
- When you’re ready to check out, create an account or check out as a guest. If you create an account, you will be able to return and view your order. If you are renting a textbook, you will be required to enter a credit card to secure the rental.
- You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Later, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

- May 14, 2025: Last day to return rentals.

Return Rented Textbooks
Return Rented Textbooks
When you rent textbooks, the bookstore will give you a return deadline.
Returns must be postmarked or dropped off in the bookstore by that deadline, or you will be charged a late fee and/or replacement fee.
To return your rentals via mail, use your order number (available in the email you received when you ordered or picked up your rental) to print a UPS shipping label.

Commencement Regalia
The last day to purchase your cap & gown package at AcaDamien's Bookstore is April 30, 2025.
Cap & Gown Giveaway 2025:
- Purchase your cap & gown package at AcaDamien's Bookstore between April 1, 2025 and April 11, 2025 for a chance to win:
- Cap & gown undergraduate package (20 winners)
- Cap & gown graduate package (10 winners)
- Purchasing and/or picking up in the bookstore saves on third party shipping costs.
- Only graduating fall, winter 2024, and spring 2025 (undergraduate and graduate) students are eligible to enter the raffle. An in-store cap & gown purchase is necessary to enter. Winners will be announced on April 14, 2025 and will be notified via email. The winners will also be announced on @uasalbany social media accounts.
- A tassel is included in the cap & gown package. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.
Purchasing online
- Students can order their cap & gown package online. The last day to order a cap & gown package online is April 23, 2025.
- Please note, there is a shipping charge when ordering online.
