Biology Building - Asbestos Flooring Abatement

Work Alert Notification

Dear Members of the UAlbany Community,

Please be advised of the following work occurring March 14th on the second floor and basement of the Biology Building that will include flooring abatement in multiple room locations.  This work is necessary to support the SPH Relocation. During this time work may result in noise, minor hallway traffic disruption, and ventilation reductions.
Work is expected to begin on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 8:00 AM and is expected to be completed by Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 12:00 AM.
