Enrollment & Degree Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse is the University at Albany’s authorized agent for providing enrollment and degree verifications to employers, background screening firms and other third-party entities.
Verify a UAlbany student’s degree or enrollment online. UAlbany will not accept verification requests from third-party entities by phone, mail, email or fax.

Transcripts
If you need information regarding a student’s grades or credits, please ask the student to order an official transcript. UAlbany students can send physical and electronic transcripts to third-party entities.
If you are a third-party entity and you have an education record release authorization signed by the student, you may order the student's official transcript directly. After the order is submitted, you will receive an email to upload the authorization directly through the transcript self-service portal.
UAlbany does not accept transcript requests by phone, mail, email or fax.
Disciplinary Records
